Witham Eastways is a newly completed 10 unit detached industrial warehousing complex.

Symbiotic Solutions were contracted to undertake the earthworks and stabilisation package to reduce exportation by stabilising platforms to reduce build-ups.

We redesigned the stormwater drainage to value engineer the stormwater system and undertook more than 2,000m3 of attenuation tank storage.

We also undertook the substructures and a portion of the drainage as part of the main contract. Asbestos containing material were discovered during the earthworks period and screened to enable material to be re-classified and reduce disposal costs to our client.
