The Northern Gateway development comprises a cinema, ten pin bowling, a hotel in addition to restaurants, drive-thru establishments and a trampoline park. It also boasts a pre-fabricated steel and precast two- storey car park, external landscaping and pedestrian access routes.

We were contracted to redesign platforms to reduce the amount of import/export by stabilising site won material to reduce imported material. We also undertook CMC attendance, substructures, substations, drainage, external and soft landscaping packages.
