Witham Freebournes comprises a 10-unit business park. Symbiotic Solutions were contracted to undertake the groundworks and hard landscaping package, including S278 works, retaining walls, kerbs, concrete service yards, block paving and drainage.

We inherited a large stockpile of ungraded material which was screened to Type 1 grading and re-purposed for the development.
