Symbiotic Solutions demolished an existing 10-unit warehouse which was crushed and screened to produce aggregate for the development.

We worked closely with our client to completely re-design the drainage design, foundations and construction build-ups to economise the construction process.

We installed an innovative storm water tank solution drastically reducing drainage on site. We also installed vibro-stone columns to enhance ground bearing capacity to reduce concrete requirements whilst stabilising platforms to reduce exportation from site.
