Symbiotic Solutions were employed to undertake a complex multi phase cut and carve demolition project of an old factory.

The project entailed extensive temporary works design undertaken in-house including complex propping across seven floors to enable isolation of a section of the stair core of an occupied building followed by the high reach demolition of the core with the added complication of the building being occupied. The demolition works were undertaken following asbestos removal and disposal by Symbiotic Solutions.

 The site was severely constrained as the building remained as a live multi tenanted co working space for the duration of the works.
